Sales Order Processing:

This module keeps track of Customer Orders and Deliveries, Purchase Orders and Receipts and has comprehensive Stock Control functionality.

Sales Order Processing enables Order entry, Stock allocation, Pick lists , Despatch notes and Invoicing with ledger exports to Pegasus Opera or Sage financials.

Purchase Order Processing enables Purchase Order Entry , Order Printing or email in PDF format plus receipting into Finished Stock.

Finished stock control enables stock manipulation at multiple locations and/or Bin numbers, stock taking, adjustments valuations and transfers with full audit.

The module handles multii-currencies and may be configured to handle Style/Colour/Size matrix entry used in apparel companies.

Orders may be entered remotely on a web site or via export/email/import utilities linking the back office system to (say) sales agent laptops.

CMT Control:

This module is specific to apparel companies and keeps track of Production Orders sent to CMT suppliers, ensures that fabric and trim are ordered, receipted and issued with proper export documentation and keeps track of finished goods via transit locations through to receipt into Finished stock.

It includes Raw Material stock control and Bills of Materials with functionality enabling: CMT Production Order entry, Material Requirements Calculation, Automated Purchase Ordering, GRN processing, Material issues to CMT locations, Export Documentation and receipting into Finished Goods or transit locations.

Factory Production Control:

This module is also specific to apparel companies and provides the information and the control to create and manage your production processes.

It adds manufacturing controls to Production Orders using either bar coded bundle tickets scanned in each day or real time terminals to enter completed work. It includes a Work Study database to store timed operation sms, Order Bundling, Bar-code ticket printing and processing, Work in Progress reporting, Piecework payroll calculation with excess cost reporting.

Bespoke:

Bespoke solutions can also be delivered and could include the above modules as a basis.
